Minutes prepared by Jennifer Wright, Town Clerk Board approved 5/20/2026 Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting Meeting Minutes April 15th, 2026 Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher. Others Present: Jennifer Wright, Brenda Cigan, Ginna Young and Bryan (Lion’s Club) Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 7:12 p.m. Minutes: Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from March 18th, 2026, board meeting as presented. Motion carried. Treasurer Report: Presented by Cigan. Motion by Staudacher seconded by Anders to approve the Treasurer’s report. Chairman’s Report: Road Ban will be lifted on 4/20/2026, Cornell Fire Station #2 is open and provided upcoming meeting dates for Ambulance and Fire. Veteran’s Memorial Fundraiser will be held on Memorial weekend at the Veteran’s Memorial site. Public Comment: Staudacher discussed ditch by Memorial site and there are no issues from the town, this will be presented in the Veteran’s Memorial meeting. Ginny discussed cans disposed on side of road, Brian will review ordinance and property. Discussions: 1. Discuss who will complete Training for 2026 Board of Review Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to appoint Brian to train for 2026 BOR. 2. Discuss plans for parking lot and building for fire equipment. 1. Notes: Bryan @Lion’s Club and Board went out and is looking at connecting it to the Indian Statue building. Next step, Chairman will be contacting Chippewa County Zoning 3. Review alcohol renewal and operator license charges – Motion by Anders seconded by Staudacher to adjust fees effective 1.1.2027. Clerk will send a letter reflecting changes in June 2026. 4.
