Roll Call: Brian Guthman, David Staudacher and Jeff Anders Closed Session Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher, to move into closed session as per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of conducting interviews for the Treasurer position. Motion carried. Roll Call Vote: • Guthman – aye • Staudacher – aye • Anders – aye Return to Open Session Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher, to return to open session. All ayes. Appointment of Treasurer Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher, to appoint Brenda Cigan as Sanitary Treasurer. All ayes. Adjournment Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman, to adjourn.
