Call to Order 2. Verification of Public Notice 3. Roll Call 4. Closed Session The Board may convene into Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of conducting interviews and considering employment of an individual for the position of Sanitary District Treasurer. 5. Reconvene in Open Session (if applicable) 6. Possible Action on Matters Discussed in Closed Session 7. Adjournment Notice: A majority of the Sanitary District Board may be present.
