Call Meeting to Order 2. Affirmation of Public Notice 3. Roll Call and Establish Quorum 4. Recite Pledge of Allegiance 5. Approval of Minutes: December 17th, 2025 6. Review of Insurance with Agency 7. Treasurer’s Report 8. Chairman’s Report 9. Public Comment DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION 1. Review 2025 Recycle Summary from GFL 2. Review current revenue categories in QuickBooks and Treasurer’s deposit receipts (dates, amounts, and batch numbers). Discussion on what is needed to ensure accurate reporting for future budgets. 3. Approve bills Adjourn At any time, a quorum of another town committee or of the Town Board may be present at the meeting to observe the proceedings. No action will be taken by any committee except for the committee meeting noticed above and only on agenda items listed.
