Meeting Minutes – December 17, 2025
PRESENT: Jeff Anders, Brian Guthman, David Staudacher
OTHER PRESENT: Jennifer Wright, Jamie Larson and Pam Guthman
Call to Order
Meeting was called to order by Anders at 6:32 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the November 19,
2025 meeting. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report
Motion by Guthman seconded by Staudacher to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented.
Motion carried.
