Lake Holcombe Town Board Meeting
Special Meeting Minutes
October 21, 2025
Present: Brian Guthman, Jeff Anders, David Staudacher.
Others Present: Tracey Larson, Jenny Wright.
Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 5:41 p.m.
Discuss a new depository: Discussion held regarding Citizen’s State Bank and their
presentation at the last board meeting. Guthman will contact them to ask about fees and
table a decision until the November board meeting.
Review all current and anticipated 2025 expenses and draft preliminary annual
budget for 2026. The board reviewed the income and expenses for 2025 and drafted a
2026 budget.
Adjourn: Motion by Anders, seconded by Staudacher to adjourn the meeting at 6:57
pm. Motion carried.
