Minutes submitted by Tracey Larson, Secretary Lake Holcombe Sanitary District Meeting Minutes August 20, 2025 PRESENT: Jeff Anders, Brian Guthman, David Staudacher OTHERS PRESENT: Tracey Larson, Deidra Wichtendahl, Ben Jordan, The night started with a recognition ceremony for the groups who donated money toward the new playground equipment at the Wayside Park, which included the Lake Holcombe Improvement Association, Holcombe Lions Club, and the Lake Holcombe School Class of 2025. All donations and time donated are appreciated and the project turned out to be a great improvement to the park. It was discussed that there were more improvements that the town was looking at making. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Anders at 7:06 pm APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher to approve the minutes from the July 16th 2025 meeting. Motion carried. TREASURERS REPORT: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman to accept the treasurers report as presented. Motion carried. SYSTEMS REPORT BY OPERATOR: Report given by Anders per J. Larson. The ponds have elevated ph levels again and Jamie is working on treating them to get them back down to normal. He has noticed some algae bloom and will keep and eye on it and respond accordingly. PUBLIC COMMENT: No public comment. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION ITEMS CMAR RESOLUTION: This is a yearly resolution that the DNR needs for their report that include actions to be taken responding to the grading of the CMR. Guthman motioned to approve the resolution, Staudacher seconded. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF BILLS: Motion by Guthman, seconded by Staudacher to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. ADJOURN: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Guthman to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 pm. Motion carried.
