Agenda CALL MEETING TO ORDER AFFIRMATION OF PUBLIC NOTICE ROLL CALL AND ESTABLISH QUORUM RECITE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE APPROVAL OF MINUTES: March 13th, 2025 TREASURERS REPORT CHAIRMANS REPORT PUBLIC COMMENT DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION 1. Open sealed road bids for pulverizing, gravel, paving & shouldering 2. Quotes for Wayside bathrooms and Native American display building 3. Approval for the County Plat of Holcombe Shores. 4. Clerk’s Report / Review and/or approve licenses and permits 5. Approve bills ADJOURN At any time, a quorum of another town committee or of the town board may be present at the meeting to observe the proceedings, but no action will be taken except by those committee members for the stated committee meeting and only on noticed agenda items.
