Others Present: Tracey Larson, Jim Mataczynski, Ginna Young, Linda Boettcher, Kody Morfoot Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 6:45 p.m. Resolution 2024-3 Resolution of the Town Board to Use Previous Year’s Unused Tax Levy: Motion by Olson, seconded by Staudacher to approve Resolution 2024-3 Resolution of the Town Board to Use the Previous Year’s Unused Tax Levy. Motion carried. Resolution 2024-4 Resolution of Town Electors to Adopt the Total Town Tax Levy at Special Town Meeting of Town Electors: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Olson to approve the Resolution 2024-4 Resolution of the Town Electors to Adopt the Total Town Levy at Special Town Meeting of Town Electors. Motion carried. Adjourn: Motion by Staudacher, seconded by Olson to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
