Joint Town Board and Sanitary District Board Meeting Meeting Minutes May 9, 2024 Present: Brian Guthman, Doug Olson, David Staudacher, Jeff Anders, Deidra Wichtendahl, Tracey Larson Others Present: Ginna Young, Ben Jordan, Jamie Larson, Steve Shackleton Call To Order: Meeting called to order by Guthman at 6:34 pm. Town and District Shared Employees: Discussion held regarding an intergovernmental agreement between the town and the district, updating both entities’ Employee Handbook, and the requirement for vaccinations for sanitary employees. Town and District Shared Buildings: Discussion held regarding sharing the office space and the town shops for housing trucks. Will contact the insurance carrier to ask questions about a combined insurance policy. Any Other Concerns between the Town and Sanitary District: None.
