Town of Lake Holcombe Monthly Board Meeting Minutes April 13, 2023 @ Lake Holcombe Town Hall CALL TO ORDER: Brian Guthman called the meeting to order at 7 pm. ROLL CALL: Brian Guthman, Doug Olson, David Staudacher, Jim Mataczynski, Tracey Larson. PLEDGE APPROVAL OF MINUTES: D. Olson, D. Staudacher. Motion passed. APPROVAL OF TREASURER REPORT: D. Staudacher, D. Olson. Motion passed. Two CD’s are up for renewal. Discussion about changing the savings account into a money market account that would earn us more interest. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT: Brian discussed the latest snowstorm and the new assessments. Chippewa County road bans end April 20, but him and Ben will make a decision by next week about when our town road bans will end. PUBLIC COMMENT: L. Becker asked about some updates on the satellite fire station and the Sanitary District. B. Steele gave an update for the Sanitary District. C. Swanson talked to the board about the culvert they placed by her house and the water flooding into her yard. It was also suggested that we set up angled parking by the Wayside Beach. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN SURVEY: Discussed quotes from Flambeau Mountain Printing and L&M Mail & Courier Service. Motion was made to go with Flambeau Mountain Printing – D. Staudacher, D. Olson. Motion passed. CLERK’S REPORT: Two building permits were reviewed for the following addresses: 26945 276th Ave and 30118 279th St. APPROVE BILLS: D. Olson, D. Staudacher. Motion passed. ADJOURN: D.
