Town of Lake Holcombe Monthly Board Meeting Minutes February 17, 2023 @ Lake Holcombe Town Hall Chairman Guthman called the meeting to order at 3 pm. Chairman Brian Guthman, Supervisor Doug Olson, Supervisor David Staudacher, Treasurer Jim Mataczynski, Clerk Tracey Larson were in attendance and a quorum was established. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. DISCUSS AND ACT ON SANITARY DISTRICT ISSUES: Jesse Claflin was present on request from the Chairman. The Town Board and Sanitary Board President discussed some issues with the sewer system levels and procedures. Jesse has a lot of experience working in the Sanitary field and gave his input. Buck will contact Jesse to talk about consulting with the District. Doug motioned that the Town Board recommend that the Sanitary Board stop allowing haulers to dump into the system until they can fix the issues; Dave seconded. Motion passed.
