July 7 , 2026, TOURISM BOARD MEETING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, The Prescott Tourism Committee Meeting was held on Tuesday, July 7 , 2026, at First National Bank of River Falls, 151 Canton St, Prescott, WI 54021 Call to order/Roll Call: Megan Langer (President) call ed the meeting to order at 12:05 PM. Members pr esent: Megan Langer , Elizabeth Vetter, and Beth Lansing . Absent: Tracy Franek, Chad Steger Others in attendance: Kris Sampson Approve Minutes Megan motioned to approve the July 7 meeting minutes, Elizabeth Vetter seconded. Old Business Discussions about who we could hire to take for media footage. It was voted unanimously in favor to hire Addie to have photos taken of downtown Prescott in time for August meeting. New Business Grant application for Prescott American Legion ’s 250 th Birthday was approved for $500 . Great River Road Website Review and the Gem Grand Partnership opportunity were discussed, and we came to the conclusion that we need to find if the deliverables are up to date, such as a full page ad and a half page ad are ready to be submitted by the August 4 th Tourism meeting, also including the trifold map /brochure of downtown Pres cott.
