It is possible that a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the Municipality may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice. It is the policy of the Town of Baileys Harbor to comply in good faith with all applicable regulations, guidelines, etc. put forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act. Any person (s) in need of an alternative format (i.e. larger print, audio tapes, Braille, reader interpreters, amplifiers, transcription) regarding information disseminated by the Town of Baileys Harbor notify the Town 48- hours prior to a meeting, etc. or allow 48-hours after request for a copy of notices etc. for delivery of that alternative format. All slip-holders need to have their boats removed by 10/9/26. Public Works will be working at the marina on and off the following week. The county will assist in removing finger piers the week of 10/18/26. Town Hall – If you have been in the Town Hall lately, it’s starting to look spooky! Katie and Haley have been working hard getting ready for the Halloween Spooktacular celebration. A big thank you to them for making this a great event for our community. The fun is scheduled for 10.31.26 from 5:30-7:30 at the Baileys Harbor Town Hall, the Baileys Harbor Library, and the Kendall Park Pavilion.
