Special Town Board Meeting Minutes 04/15/2026 SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING 2404 Park Road April 15, 2026, at 10:00AM. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Peter Jacobs at 10:00AM. In Attendance to Establish Quorum: Vice Chairman Peter Jacobs, Sue Tishler, and Paul Kordon. David Eliot and Roberta Thelen were absent. Also, in attendance were Clerk Haley Adams, Deputy Clerk Katie Virlee, and 5 visitors. Pledge of Allegiance Verify Posting/Accept Agenda: Katie Virlee verified the agenda was posted properly. Motion made by Paul Kordon to accept the agenda as presented. Second by Sue Tishler. Motion Carried. Wastewater Project Soil Boring Quotes: Joe Martirano and Sheri Scott from MSA were in attendance to present the quotes received. Motion made by Paul Kordon to accept the quote from ECS Midwest, LLC in the amount of $13,885.00. Second by Sue Tishler. Motion Carried. Adjourn: Motion made to adjourn by Sue Tishler.
