Communication and Technology Meeting — Agenda

Communications and Technology Committee 4528 State Highway 57, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 September 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order by Committee Chair, Jeanne Vogel at 1:03 p.m. Roll Call to Establish Quorum. Along with Jeanne Vogel and also in attendance, Paul Wickmann, Paul Kasriel, Denise Chenevert, and Ryan Giada. Also in attendance: Amy M. Flok Approve Agenda. Motion by Paul and second by Denise to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Approve Meeting Minutes from September 10, 2025. Motion by Paul Wickmann and second by Ryan to approve the meeting minutes of September 10, 2025. Motion carried. Public Participation. None. Pending Business Update on AT&T Progress. We have officially made the last payment of $722,253.31. They will be done by the end of September. Jeanne will contact Carol Anason to see what sort of update we can get. Denise had her AT&T installed this past Saturday and said she had a wonderful experience. Other residents have not had as pleasant experiences and others have been reluctant to switch. New Business 2027 Budget. Please see attached. Motion by Paul Wickmann and second by Paul Kasriel to accept the budget for 2027 and to pass it along to the Board. Any other business that may come before the Committee – Discussion/no action will take place until properly placed on a future agenda. None Next Meeting Date/Time. To be determined. Adjourn.
