Town of Sevastopol EMR Agency Training Session - Notes Wednesday, March 4, 2026 – 7:00 p.m. 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Call to Order. Crew Chief Ashley Staats called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Other Sevastopol EMR Agency members who attended the meeting were Grant Estes, Jason Staats, Jasper Staats, Austin Staats, Joe Conlon. The attendance was insufficient to constitute a quorum, so a training session was held. Also in attendance was Sevastopol Town Supervisor Trent Olsen. Review of Sevastopol EMR Paged Calls for 2026. Ashley Staats presented call statistics for January and February 2026, noting 41 calls with 6 unanswered, for an 85% response rate. Equipment Needs. A shipment of inventory was received including reflective safety jackets. In order to ensure the jackets remain Town property, Assistant Crew Chief Grant Estes will be taking the jackets to be quoted for Sevastopol EMR logo embroidery.
