EMR Committee Meeting Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 7:45 PM 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Called to order: The meeting called to order at 7:45 p.m. Established Quorum: Yes Attendance: Ashley Staats, Trent Olsen, Whitney Bittorf, Anthony Moore, Grant Estes, Andy Staats, Nathan Daoust, and Joe Conlon Agenda: properly noticed; Motion Made by Ashely Staats, Second by Trent Olsen: Motion Carried Minutes: From January 7, 2026, Ashley Staats made motion to approve, second by Trent Olsen, motion Carried Year to Date Call Statistics: 24 calls, 4 no response calls, 83 percent of calls have been responded to. Inventory: Ashley has finalized inventory listing and is sending a list to Amy on 2/5/2026, copying Trent. For 5 EMR’s who left the group in January, all have returned bags, two have not returned radios or pagers. Trent will see if Amy on pager and radios ordered in 2024, as they have those radios. Membership: 5 lowest performing members have left the EMR group. 1 has been going to calls and is active; he is now properly checking into calls. Agenda Items for Next Meeting: nothing new planned.
