EMR Agency Meeting Tuesday December 2, 2025, 7:01 PM 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Called to order: 7:00 Established Quorum: No Quorum, will have training session instead Attendance: Ashley Staats, Trent Olsen, Whitney Bittorf, Justin McDonald, Dale Wiegand, Austin Staats, and Grant Estes. Agenda: was noted as being properly noticed Call Review: Several calls were reviewed for proper procedure and discussion. Reminders were given for safety in roadways and watching for traffic. Year to Date Call Statistics: 211 calls , 38 no response calls, 82 percent of calls have been responded to. New Member Applications: A few people have requested to become EMR’s, but town would need some members removed. To make room for new members, recommended minimum requirement: Leave of absence allowed leaving members as active/voting, but do not have to meet minimum requirements Medical or active-duty military - reviewed and approved by executive officers and committee Points system – 15 points per year with minimum 5 calls (2 points each) and meetings (1 point per meeting/training) Members being removed can submit an appeal to executive board and committee Mid-year reviews will be done so members will be aware they are not meeting minimum New Business: EMR refresher course is scheduled for Dec 5 and 6, and officer voting will be at the January 7, 2026 meeting. Old Business: Equipment needs – traffic wands and angel lights are needed and will be requested from 2025 budget to be purchased by Town Clerk.
