EMR Committee Meeting Tuesday, December 2, 2025, 6:30 PM 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Called to order: 6:30 Established Quorum: Yes Attendance: Ashley Staats, Trent Olsen, Whitney Bittorf, Justin McDonald, Grant Estes, Agenda: properly noticed; Motion Made by Ashely Staats, Second by Trent Olsen: Motion Carried Minutes: From September 3, 2025, Ashley Staats made motion to approve, second by Trent Olsen, motion Carried Year to Date Call Statistics: 211 calls , 38 no response calls, 82 percent of calls have been responded to. Grant Estes has responded to 128 or 65%. Equipment Needs: Traffic batons and guardian angel lights needed for night calls. With EMR responding quickly and not able to use vehicle lights, traffic becomes an issue and dangerous for EMR’s. Ashley will put in a request to Town Clerk. New Member Applications: Still have interested individuals. Ashley taking a state EMR leadership course. New Business: Plan for January Agency meeting would be executive officer elections. Criteria for remaining active members of EMR will be discussed at December 2, 2025 Agency meeting and approved at next committee meeting.
