NOTICE OF “PUBLIC HEARING” on PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET Monday - November 17, 2025 – 6:00 p.m. Sevastopol Town Hall meeting/community room 4528 State Highway 57 (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Town Board Chairman, Dan Woelfel, declared the Public Hearing on the proposed 2026 budget open for discussion. Proper notice was accomplished by posting in at least three locations within the Town, on the Town’s website, and in the Peninsula Pulse on October 21st, 2025. In addition to Woelfel, the following persons were in attendance: Trent Olsen, Jeanne Vogel, Mark Haen, Ryan Hoffmann, Jeff Schmeckpeper, and Amy Flok. ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● NOTICE OF “SPECIAL TOWN MEETING” Monday - November 17, 2025 – 6:30 p.m. (or immediately following the Public Hearing) Call to Order. The Special Meeting of the Electors was called to order by Chairman Woelfel at 6:21 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance. The Chairman asked all to rise and join in the Pledge of Allegiance. Introductions & Procedure. In addition to Woelfel, the following electors were in attendance: Linda Wait, Mark Haen, Jeanne Vogel, Trent Olsen, Amy Flok, Dale Vogel, and Jeff Schmeckpeper. Approve Previous Minutes - 2025 Budget Meeting November 18, 2024. Motion by Mark Haen and second by Trent Olsen to approve the minutes of the 2026 Special Budget Meeting – November 18, 2024. Motion carried. Resolution No. 2025-04 T (Town) “Adopt Tax Levy for 2025” (to be collected in 2026). Motion by Dale Vogel and second by Jeff Schmeckper to approve Resolution No. 2025- 04T (Town) “Adopt Tax Levy for 2025” (to be collected in 2026). Motion carried 8 - Aye, 0 - Nay. Other submitted resolutions. None. Adjourn. Motion by Dale Vogel and second by Jeff Schmeckpeper to adjourn. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 6:26 p.m. Respectfully submitted, Amy M.
