Communications and Technology Committee 4528 State Highway 57, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 September 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order by Communications and Technology Chair, Jeanne Vogel at 1:00 p.m. Roll Call to Establish Quorum. Jeanne Vogel, Denise Chenevert, Ryan Gaida, Paul Wickman, and Paul Kasriel Also in attendance: Amy M. Flok and Mark Schroeder Approve Agenda. Motion by Denise Chenevert and second by Paul Wickman to approve the agenda as noticed. Motion carried. Approve Meeting Minutes from September 11, 2024. Motion by Ryan Giada and second by Denise Chenevert to approve the meeting minutes from September 11, 2024. Motion carried Public Participation. None Pending Business Update on AT&T’s progress. Jeanne updated the Committee on the progress AT&T has made. The Town Hall should be hooked up this coming week. The map from AT&T was presented to everyone on potential dates when residents will be hooked up. New business 2026 Budget. See attached. Videographer Update. Jeanne reported that Ryan Hoffmann is the new Videographer for the Town and is the owner of FTS Technology. He has a background in technology, has experience with video, and worked for Wrightstown School District launching their Video Program. Any other business that may come before the Committee – Discussion/no action will take place until properly placed on a future agenda. None Next Meeting Date/Time. To be determined. Adjourn.
