Call to Order 11:00 am 2. Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all in attendance. 3. Establish a Quorum  Chair Feuerstein, Supervisor Torp, Supervisor Kraase were in attendance in addition to Clerk Sternard 4. Adopt agenda/properly noticed a. Confirmed – Website, and at Arle hall 5. Old Business a. Dretzer ROW Substantial discussion Next plan includes: i. Determination of Navigable Water way on Door County Land Trust parcel ii. Door County Zoning Enforment as part of Comprehenisge Zoning, Cost of Removal of items located in town ROW off Sturgeon Blvd 6. New Business a. Approve Door County Tourism Zone Updated By-Laws b. \ M: Torp S: Kraase Motion passed by voice vote c. Approve Clerk Sternard’s attendance to the WTA Convention on October 4-6 in Stevens Point, including all convention costs, food, mileage, lodging, etc. i. M; Feuerstein S: Torp Motion passed by voice vote. d. Clerk sternard states written report of convention outcomes will be presented the the November meeting. 7. Correspondence 8. Public Comment a.
