Town of Sturgeon Bay – Door County, Wisconsin Town Board Meeting Minutes Thursday, June 10, 2026 – 12 pm Location: Nicolet Bank, 236 N. 4th Avenue, Sturgeon Bay 1. Call to Order Meeting called to order at 12 pm by Chair Feuerstein. 2. Roll Call / Quorum Members present:  Chair Feuerstein  Supervisor Torp  Clerk Sternard A quorum was established. 3. Adopt Agenda Clerk Sternard confirmed the agenda was properly noticed. Motion: Feuerstein Second: Torp Motion carried by voice vote. 4. Interview for Supervisor I Position The Town Board conducted interviews for the vacant Supervisor I position. Applicants interviewed included:  Pam Kraase Board members discussed qualifications, experience, and ability to serve the residents of the Town of Sturgeon Bay. Motion to appoint Pam Kraase as Supervisor I: Feuerstein Second: Torp Motion carried by voice vote. 5. Public Comment – no one else in attendance. 6. Adjournment Motion: Feuerstein Second: Torp Meeting adjourned at 12:19 pm Motion carried by voice vote.
