Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Establish a Quorum/Members Present 4. Adopt agenda/properly noticed 5. Approve Minutes from October 13, 2025 Town Board Meeting 6. Treasurers Report 7. Broadband Committee Report 8. County Board Report 9. Roads and/or Parks: ● Completed Road Projects o Fahrner has completed crack fill and patch work. o Pacer Rating complete o WISLR map – signed and returned. ● Miscellaneous o Damage to Lake Lane from RV/Crosby Towing ▪ Property has been repaired. Submitting repair cost to insurance. ● Future needs o Fall road tour to be completed week of November 10th. 10. Old Business – Discussion/Action ● Dretzer ROW– materials remain. o Draft letter from town attorney o Not a new issue. Previous boards required removal of material in ROW ● Blue signs – Towns of Sturgeon Bay, Clay Banks, Union and Brussels completed. ● Open Supervisor Position – filled by Skipp Robertson. ● Record retention 11. New Business – Discussion/Action ● Bid out any brushing or canopy work. ● Discuss placing chipped material in ROW to reduce cost. ● Clerk to work with Kerber Rose in 2026 on payroll requirements for election workers to ensure compliance. 12.
