Town of Sturgeon Bay Door County – Sturgeon Bay WI Website: Townofsturgeonbay-wi.gov Town Board Meeting Minutes Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Location: 236 N 4th Ave, Sturgeon Bay (Nicolet National Bank – conference room) 1. Call to Order 12:00 pm 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Establish a Quorum – confirmed by Sternard 4. Adopt agenda/properly noticed – confirmed by Sternard 5. New Business a. Accept Kent Moraga’s resignation as of 7/17/2025 – • Motion: Feuerstein Second: Torp Motion carried by voice vote. b. Appoint new town Chair – Jeff Feuerstein offered to step back into Chair until the end of January 2026. • Motion by Torp to appoint Feuerstein as interim Chair Second: Sternard Motion carried by voice vote. c. Due to Feuerstein taking Chair position, there is now an open Supervisor position. The position will be posted in the Peninsula Pulse on August 8 and August 15. Applications will be accepted until August 25th. Interview process to begin after that. 6. Correspondence - none 7. Public Comment - none 8. Adjourn at 12:28 pm.
