$50 for residential service and $60 for commercial to $75.00 for both residential and commercial.
Chair Feuerstein attended a public meeting regarding the proposed improvements (sidewalks) to S. Duluth
Ave. from Emerald Drive to Spruce Drive in the City of Sturgeon Bay on both sides of Duluth Ave. Some
residents in that area expressed opposition for various reasons; losing property frontage, elderly people not
able to provide snow removal and costs. Chair Feuerstein made a motion, 2nd by Supervisor Moraga to
submit a letter in opposition to this project. Motion was approved.

Rich Propsom request – Towns action regarding removal of obstructions in town right-of-way – Mr.
Propsom’s claim is he purchased a parcel in Cromell’s Grove in 2017 and stated he had 3 public access
points to his parcel at that time. Two access points have been vacated. He is asking if he can have obstacles
removed in what is understood to be Dretzer to make a walking or bike path to his parcel. He understands
the town has no plans to make Dretzer a road.
There was a considerable amount of time spent hearing testimony from the audience. It is not clear exactly
where Dretzer falls or what the town owns if anything. No resolution was reached, and discussion will
continue at the June 2024 town board meeting.
