Call to Order Meeting called to order at 6:30 PM by Chairman Marchant. 2. Establish Quorum Quorum established. Members present: Marchant, A. Vandertie, Daoust, B. Vandertie. Also present: Kyle Guilette and Joe Wautier. (Guilette to be added to regular roster.) 3. Approval of Agenda Approved. Motion B. Vandertie, seconded Phillips. Motion carried. 4. Comprehensive Plan Review Brandon Robinson (Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission) presented background and initiated Comprehensive Plan update process. • Last Town plan completed in 2002; County plan adopted in 2009 • Plan updates recommended every 10 years • Zoning updates to follow completion of plan update • Estimated timeline: approximately one year Public Participation Plan resolution required; anticipated Board consideration in May/June. Discussion included simplifying the Town vision statement. Commission members are to review draft materials and provide feedback for the next meeting. Key topics/concerns identified for consideration in the plan: • Growth • Limited commercial expansion • Limited land availability 5. Next Meeting To be determined (May/June timeframe). 6.
