Annual Board Meeting — Minutes

Town of Brussels Annual Board Meeting April 15, 2025 Present: Chairman, Joe Wautier; Supervisors, Mark Marchant, Joel Daoust (outgoing) and Austin Vandertie (incoming); Treasurer, Lois Maedke (outgoing) and Penny Wautier (incoming); and Clerk, JoAnn Neinas (outgoing) and Sherri Dantoin (incoming). Others present: John Neinas, Julie Flaten, Jackie Nystrom, Tim Jeanquart, Kerry Denil, Kyle Guilette, Juliana Behme, Karyn Stroschein, Sue Schwartz, Jim Wautier, Gary Maccoux, Courtney Kinjerski, Matt Kinjerski The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm at the Brussels Community Center by Chairman, Joe Wautier. Agenda for Annual Meeting Motion Marchant/Vandertie unanimously carried by voice vote to approve the agenda for the Annual Meeting as presented Approve Minutes of Last Year’s Meeting Motion Marchant/Vandertie unanimously carried by voice vote to approve the minutes of last year’s annual meeting Review Financial Report The compiled Financial Report was shared at the meeting and during the past Spring elections. No questions were asked. Motion Marchant/Daoust unanimously carried by voice vote to approve the Annual Financial Report as presented Any Other Business No other business was brought forward Motion Marchant/Vandertie unanimously carried by voice vote to approve adjournment of the Annual Board Meeting, 6:01pm
