May 23, 2024 Town of Luxemburg Plan Commission Meeting Meeting called to order by the Zoning Lead – Jim Salentine at 7:46 PM Plan Commission Board members present: Jim Salentine John Haen Greg Ronsman Jerry Meisler Gene Seidl Edith Lauscher – Zoning Administrator Town Board Members: Linda Jonet - Chairman Ken Dart - Supervisor #1 Leonard Wachal - Supervisor #2 Glenda Daul - Clerk Community Members in attendance: Dan Rank Dan Rank was requesting to rezone 37.766 acres from R-1 Residential to A-1 Exclusive Ag (Parcel No. 31 012 10.111) and 2.746 acres from A-1 Exclusive Ag to R-1 Residential (Parcel 31 012 10.112). Dan stated he was squaring off his residential lot. Jim Salentine called for a motion to grant the rezoning. Motion to approve the rezone by John Haen, with a 2nd by Greg Ronsman. A unanimous yes from the Plan Commission Board to grant the rezoning of 37.766 acres from R-1 Residential to A-1 Exclusive Ag (Parcel No. 31 012 10.111) and 2.746 acres from A-1 Exclusive Ag to R-1 Residential (Parcel 31 012 10.112) for Dan Rank. Motion carried. 5 ayes, 0 nays Linda Jonet then brought the decision to the Town Board. Ken Dart motioned to approve the rezoning, with a 2 nd by Leonard Wachal. Motion carried. 2 ayes, 0 nays Jim made the request for a motion to adjourn. Motion by Greg Ronsman and a 2 nd by John Haen to adjourn. Motion carried. 5 ayes, 0 nays. Meeting adjourned at 7:58 PM.
