August 29, 2023 Town of Luxemburg Plan Commission Meeting The meeting was called to order by Chair Jim Salentine at 7:15 PM. Plan Commission Board Members present: Edith Lauscher, Jim Salentine, John Haen, Paul Rank, Gene Seidl, Jerry Meisler Town Board Members present: Linda Jonet, Chair Ken Dart, Supervisor #1 Leonard Wachal, Supervisor #2 Community Members in attendance: Blake Ravet, George Stahl Blake Ravet is requesting a variance for a detached garage which will be too close to the property line. According to Town ordinance, it should be 15 feet from the side property line. The said property is located at E494 Church Road, Parcel 31 012 19.162. Jim Salentine called for a motion to grant or deny the Variance. Motion to approve the variance by Jim Salentine, with a 2 nd by Gene Seidl. A unanimous yes from the Plan Commission Board to grant the Variance for Blake Ravet, 5 ayes, 0 nays Linda Jonet then brought the decision to the Town Board. Len Wachal motioned to approve the Variance, with a 2nd by Ken Dart. Motion carried. 2 ayes, 0 nays Jim made the request for a motion to adjourn. Motion by Jim Salentine and a 2nd by John Haen to adjourn. Motion carried, 5 ayes, 0 nays. Meeting adjourned at 7:20 PM. Linda Jonet
