July 26, 2023 Town of Luxemburg Plan Commission Meeting Meeting called to order by the Zoning Lead – Jim Salentine at 6:25 PM Plan Commission Board members present: Jim Salentine John Haen Greg Ronsman Paul Rank Gene Seidl Edith Lauscher – Zoning Administrator Town Board Members: Linda Jonet - Chairman Ken Dart - Supervisor #1 Leonard Wachal - Supervisor #2 Glenda Daul - Clerk Community Members in attendance: Kelly Froelich Kelly Froehlich is requesting a Conditional Use Permit as he would like to install a sign on the corner of his property at Rendezvous Road and County Road N. The sign would be on a concrete slab. The sign would be tilted back to the north so it would be out of the 100-foot easement. Jim Salentine - motion to grant or deny the Conditional Use John Haen - motion to grant Conditional Use Greg Ronsman - 2nd the motion Unanimous yes from the Plan Commission Board to grant Conditional Use for Kelly Froehlich. 5 ayes and 0 nays Linda Jonet - motion brought to the Town Board Ken Dart - approved the Conditional Use Leonard Wachal - 2nd the motion 2 ayes and 0 nays Jim Salentine - request to adjourn John Haen - motion to adjourn Greg Ronsman - 2nd the motion Meeting adjourned at 6:42 PM Glenda Daul Town Clerk of Luxemburg
