April 11, 2023 Town of Luxemburg Plan Commission Meeting Meeting called to order by the Zoning Lead – Jim Salentine at 7:22 PM Plan Commission Board members present: Jim Salentine John Haen Greg Ronsman Paul Rank Gene Seidl Edith Lauscher – Zoning Administrator Town Board Members: Linda Jonet - Chairman Ken Dart - Supervisor #1 Leonard Wachal - Supervisor #2 Glenda Daul - Clerk Community Members in attendance: Jason Rollin Jason and Melissa Rollin are requesting to rezone 2.668 acres from A-1 Exclusive Ag to R-1 Residential along with a variance to construct a shed closer to the property line from which the town setback is greater. After discussion the land will be rezoned as B-1 Business and no variance is needed. A condition is made that when additional land is purchased from Al Seidl, Jason will need to have the land resurveyed to take the 2 ft of garage off. . Jim Salentine - motion to grant or deny the rezoning and condition Gene Seidl - motion to grant the rezoning and condition Greg Ronsman - 2nd the motion Unanimous yes from the Plan Commission Board to grant rezone to B-1 Business with condition. 5 ayes and 0 nays Linda Jonet - motion brought to the Town Board Leonard Wachal - approved the rezoning and condition and Ken Dart - 2nd the motion 2 ayes and 0 nays Jim Salentine - request to adjourn John Haen - motion to adjourn Gene Seidl - 2nd the motion Meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM Glenda Daul Town Clerk of Luxemburg
