April 5, 2023 Town of Luxemburg Plan Commission Meeting Meeting called to order by the Zoning Lead – Jim Salentine at 7:00 PM Plan Commission Board members present: Jim Salentine John Haen Greg Ronsman Paul Rank Jerry Meisler Edith Lauscher – Zoning Administrator Town Board Members: Linda Jonet - Chairman Ken Dart - Supervisor #1 Leonard Wachal - Supervisor #2 Glenda Daul - Clerk Community Members in attendance: James Theys Judith Theys David Zellner Jerry Zellner James and Judith Theys are requesting a Conditional Use to allow them to display Old Hickory Building Model Storage Sheds for sale on their land located east of E0974 State Rd 54. (Parcel No. 310 12 16.11) This area of land is where the soil is no good for growing anything. There will not be more than 5 buildings there at a time. The buildings all have flooring. Jim Salentine - motion to grant or deny the Conditional Use John Haen - motion to grant Conditional Use Jerry Meisler - 2nd the motion Unanimous yes from the Plan Commission Board to grant Conditional Use for James and Judith Theys. 5 ayes and 0 nays Linda Jonet - motion brought to the Town Board Leonard Wachal - approved the Conditional Use Ken Dart - 2nd the motion 2 ayes and 0 nays Jim Salentine - request to adjourn Jerry Meisler - motion to adjourn Greg Ronsman - 2nd the motion Meeting adjourned at 7:10 PM Glenda Daul Town Clerk of Luxemburg
