March 30, 2023 Town of Luxemburg Plan Commission Meeting Meeting called to order by the Zoning Lead – Jim Salentine at 7:00 PM Plan Commission Board members present: Jim Salentine Jerry Meisler Greg Ronsman Paul Rank Gene Seidl Edith Lauscher – Zoning Administrator Town Board Members: Linda Jonet - Chairman Ken Dart - Supervisor #1 Leonard Wachal - Supervisor #2 Glenda Daul - Clerk Community Members in attendance: David Jauquet David Stahl David Jauquet is purchasing 2.5 acres of land (part of parcel 31 012 31.114) and attach to their parcel 31 012 31.113 which contains 1.5 acres which will be a total of 4 acres and rezone all of it from A-1 Prime Ag to R-1 Residential District. This will square the land and eventually will build a garage/shed as there is an existing driveway there. Jim Salentine - motion to grant or deny the rezone Gene Seidl - motion to grant rezone Greg Ronsman - 2nd the motion Unanimous yes from the Plan Commission Board to grant rezone for R-1 for David Jauquet. Linda Jonet - motion brought to the Town Board Leonard Wachal - approved the rezone Ken Dart - 2nd the motion 2 ayes and 0 nays Jim Salentine - request to adjourn Greg Ronsman - motion to adjourn Paul Rank- 2nd the motion Meeting adjourned at 7:10 PM Glenda Daul Town Clerk of Luxemburg
