2025 ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING MINUTES January 6, 2025 Annual organizational meeting for 2025 called to order at 6:10 p.m. Present – Councilman Ricci, Councilman Woolston, Councilman Olles, Supervisor Gayle Ashbery, Hwy Superintendent Kurt VanWyke, Attorney Doug Heath. Attachment #1 – Appointments Motion was made to clarify that Don Jones acts in a dual role as Deputy Highway and Deputy Water Supt with combined pay of $29.25/hour. Attachment #3 updated to reflect this dual position. • Approved by Councilman Olles; seconded by Councilman Woolston Attachment #2 – Salaries & Wages for 2025 Sections 1-3 • Approved by Councilman Olles; seconded by Councilman Woolston Attachment #3 – Pay Schedule and Benefits 2025 • Approved by Councilman Olles; seconded by Councilman Woolston Resolution #1 – confirmation of appointment of Debbie Yockel as Registrar, approved. • Approved by Councilman Olles; seconded by Councilman Woolston Resolution #2 – Judge Hurley - Resolution for Annual Court Audit for year of 2024, approved. • Approved by Councilman Olles; seconded by Councilman Woolston Resolultion #3 – Authorizing Gayle Asbury to sign GoArt grant paperwork for the Ox, approved. • Approved by Councilman Olles; seconded by Councilman Woolston Meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m. by Councilman Olles; seconded by Councilman Woolston.
