February 22nd Special Meeting

February 22, 2018 At 6:30 pm, Supervisor Gayle Ashbery reconvened the February 13, 2018 regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Carlton. Present were the following Board members: Councilman Jeffery Gifaldi, Councilman John Fitzak, Councilwoman Deborah Yockel and Councilman Dana Woolston. Also present Kurt VanWycke, Highway Supt., Don Jones, Deputy Highway Supt. and Doug Heath, Town Attorney. Mr. Doug Heath presented proposed Local Law #1 of 2018- Solar Energy Systems Regulations. Mr. Heath stated that this Local Law will have to be forwarded to the County Planning Board for approval. A motion by Mr. Fitzak to Set a public hearing on March 13 th 2017 at 7:30 pm was seconded by Mr. Woolston and carried. A motion by Mr. Fitzak to approve the Payment of $83,059.00 to the Carlton Fire Company the first half of their yearly budget seconded by Mrs. Yockel and carried. At 6:35 a motion by Mr. Woolston to adjourn, Seconded by Mrs. Yockel and carried.
