Present were the followin g Board members: Councilman James Shoemaker, Councilman Marcus Covill e and Councilma n Dana Woolston . A motio n by Mr . Woolsto n to Water Fund Vouchers i n the amount o f $46,425.60 wa s seconded by Mr . Shoemaker and carried . A motio n by Mr . Woolsto n at 6:35pm t o adjourn was seconded by Mr .
