PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Carlton Town Board will
hold a Public Hearing on October 14, 2025 at 7 PM at the
Carlton Town Hall, 14341 Waterport-Carlton Road in the
Town of Carlton, Orleans County, New Y ork to consider
the adoption of proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2025 entitled
“Extension of /T_he Town of Carlton Moratorium on Wind
Energy Deriving Towers and Transmission Facilities Law. ”
A copy of the proposed local law is available for inspection
by interested persons at the office of the Carlton Town Clerk
during regular business hours. All persons desiring to be
heard in favor of or in opposition to such proposed local law
will be heard at this public hearing.
