Dave Elliott called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M. 1. The meeting was properly announced and posted, and a quorum of members was present. 2. ROLL CALL (Committee Member Attendance): MEMBERS PRESENT: Dave Elliott, Joe Mueller, Ron Dietrich, CVSO Michelle Wynveen, and Administrative Assistant, Veterans, Kevin Sentieri. ABSENT: N/A OTHERS PRESENT: None 3. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: (July 15, 2026) MOTION by J. Mueller and SECONDED by R. Dietrich to approve the agenda of the July 15, 2026, meeting. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: (May 19, 2026, meeting) MOTION by R. Dietrich and SECONDED by J. Mueller to approve the minutes of the May 19, 2026, meeting. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 6. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – None. 7. COMMUNICATIONS – None 8. ITEMS FOR ACTION OR DISCUSSION – Given by CVSO Michelle Wynveen A. Briefly discussed that the next agenda will have charts for the client satisfaction surveys and what they indicate B. Ron Dietrich presented the information about the Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity Program. Explaining the history and various benefits that the program provides. Additionally, we discussed the eligibility criteria for the program. C. Discuss the Bylaws and walk through pages 1-7 making necessary changes.
