Meeting Announcement and Posting The meeting was properly announced and posted. The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. 2. Roll Call Committee Members Present: Hofberger, Budde, Kesler, LaTour, Seipel, Voight Committee Members Excused: Ott Staff Members Present: Meuer, Bonlander, Halada 3. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all. 4. Approval of Agenda Motion by Budde and seconded by Kesler to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously. 5. Approval of Minutes for the May 14, 2026, Committee Meeting Motion by La Tour and seconded by Seipel to approve the minutes from the May 14, 2026, Committee Meeting. Motion carried unanimously. 6. Discussion: Overview of Department Structure, Program Areas, and Ordinance Amendments Meuer provided a detailed presentation of each program area within the department. Halada provided an overview of the land division and household hazardous waste and recycling program areas. Committee discussion followed. 10. Department Report a. Zoning Board of Adjustment Update Meuer recognized two long-serving members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment that have recently stepped down. John Cousins, who was on the board for 18 years recently stepped down and Deb Reinhart, who was on the board for 19 years, and stepped down last year. b. Village of Sherwood Ordinance Update Topic was discussed during the Overview of the Department Structure presentation. c. Zoning, Sanitary, and Land Division Approvals During the Reporting Period Committee packet provided a detailed list. d. Monthly informational Report from Staff on Activity Performed During the Previous Month Updates from the department were provided in the committee packet. i. Code Administrators 1.
