CITY OF NEW HOLSTEIN SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, September 09, 2026 5:30 PM City Hall, 2110 Washington St. The special meeting of the Common Council was called to order by City Administrator Scott Depies, presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Council members Schroeder, Thede, Watson, Propson, and Hess were present at roll call with Woelfel, Mosier, and Oakley present at roll call via Teams. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: A motion was made by Schroeder, seconded by Propson, and carried to approve the agenda as presented. NEW BUSINESS: a. A motion was made by Watson, seconded by Thede, and carried to approve the AB-200 Alcohol Beverage License Application for Shift Change Bar & Grill LLC submitted by Joshua Woelfel Being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
