CITY OF NEW HOLSTEIN SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, September 01, 2026 Immediately following COW City Hall, 2110 Washington St. The special meeting of the Common Council was called to order by Mayor Hebl, presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Council members Schroeder, Mosier, Oakley, Woelfel, Watson, and Propson were present at roll call. Also present, City Administrator Scott Depies. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: A motion was made by Mosier, seconded by Propson, and carried to approve the agenda as presented. NEW BUSINESS: a. A motion was made by Schroeder, seconded by Woelfel, and carried by roll call vote to adjourn into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Sec. 19.85(1)(e) regarding the consideration of the sale of City property b. A motion was made by Mosier, seconded by Watson, and carried by roll call vote to adjourn the closed session and reconvene in open session. c. A motion was made by Propson, seconded by Oakley, and carried to approve the Letter of Intent to Purchase Parcels 46744 and 46746 by Quality Dr. d. A motion was made by Mosier, seconded by Woelfel, and carried to approve the offer made by Alexander Homes LLC for the purchase of parcels 18454, 18455, and 18456 on Mason St. Being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
