CITY OF NEW HOLSTEIN SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Wednesday, April 08, 2026 Immediately following COW City Hall, 2110 Washington St. The special meeting of the Common Council was called to order by Mayor Snelson, presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Council members Schroeder, Mosier, Oakley, Woelfel, Watson, Propson, Hess, and Abrams were present at roll call. Also present, City Administrator Scott Depies, City Attorney Steve Sorenson, Public Works Director Jason Meyer , Library Director Hankins, NHPD Captain Schroeder, and Emergency Management Director Russ Thiel APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: A motion was made by Hess, seconded by Schroeder, and carried to approve the agenda as presented. NEW BUSINESS: a. A motion was made by Woelfel, seconded by Mosier, and carried to approve contracting with Robert E Lee for Road Improvement Projects.
