PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES January 13, 2026, 6:00PM Location: City Hall, 2110 Washington St, New Holstein, WI 53061 Plan Members Present: Richard Snelson (via-Teams), Dan Watson, ElRoy Schreiner, John Stephany, Gary Roehrig, Jeff Leitner Others Present: Scott Depies The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Snelson. It was noted that the meeting was properly announced. Roll call was taken by Depies. A motion was made by Schreiner, seconded by Watson, and carried to approve the agenda as presented. A motion was made by Stephany, seconded by Roehrig, and carried to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. The Commission discussed the Certified Survey Map developed for the separation and sale of Parcel ID#8893 located in the Town of New Holstein but falling in the extraterritorial area of the City of New Holstein. After discussion, a motion was made by Snelson, seconded by Watson, and carried to approve and recommend to the Common Council the CSM for Parcel ID#8893.
