AUGUST 2026 MINUTES Note: These are the proposed Minutes that will be approved at the next Board Meeting. Regular Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 6pm Central WI Electric Co-op Call to Order : Chairman Oksuita called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. Roll Call : Chairman Oksuita, Supervisor Wierzba, Supervisor Zakrzewski, Tracy Glodowski. Also present: Joe Kaminski, Larry Kosmalski Informal Public Comment Time : None. Public Requests for Consideration : None. Approval of the July Meeting Minutes : Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Zakrzewski to approve the minutes from July 7, 2026. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Approval of Payment of Bills : Financial report was presented. Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Wierzba to approve payment of the bills as presented. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. 2027 Budget: Oksuita discussed possible future building expenses for the front of the RFD building. DS200 tabulator for elections is due for replacement in 2027;a new one is approximately $8,500. Town Roads Comments & Concerns: Joe got a quote for chip sealing on Maple Road West; Lake Helen culvert was replaced; culvert on Maple Rd will be replaced next. Next Meeting : Thursday, September 10, 2026 at CWEC at 6:00pm. Adjournment: Motion by Oksuita, seconded by Wierzba to adjourn the meeting at 6:18 pm. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried. Town of Alban Special Board Meeting Minutes Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 7:00am Town of Alban Storage Facility Call to Order : Oksuita called the meeting to order at 7:00am Roll Call : Chairman Oksuita, Supervisor Wierzba, Supervisor Zakrzewski, Tracy Glodowski. Also present: Joe Kaminski Chip sealing Maple Road West : Motion by Wierzba, seconded by Zakrzewski to accept quote from Scott Construction to chip seal Maple Road West for $23,793.00 Ayes: All.Nays: None. Motion carried. Adjournment: Motion by Zakrzewski, seconded by Wierzba to adjourn the meeting at 7:02am. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion carried.
