CITY OF NEW HOLSTEIN SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, February 03, 2026 Immediately following COW City Hall, 2110 Washington St. The special meeting of the Common Council was called to order by Mayor Snelson, presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Council members Schroeder, Mosier, Oakley, Woelfel, Watson, Propson, Hess, and Abrams were present at roll call. Also present, City Administrator Scott Depies, Fire Chief Craig Carey, and Public Works Director Jason Meyer. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: A motion was made by Schroeder, seconded by Woelfel, and carried to approve the agenda as presented. NEW BUSINESS: a. A motion was made by Mosier, seconded by Oakley, and carried to approve contracting with Travis’ Turf and Landscaping for snow removal services. Being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
