CITY OF NEW HOLSTEIN SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, December 02, 2025 Immediately following COW City Hall, 2110 Washington St. The special meeting of the Common Council was called to order by Mayor Snelson, presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Council members Schroeder, Mosier, Oakley, Woelfel, Watson, Propson, Hess, and Abrams were present at roll call. Also present, City Administrator Scott Depies, Fire Chief Craig Carey, Police Chief Eric Fisher, Police Captain Chuck Schroeder, Public Works Director Jason Meyer, and Emergency Management Director Russ Thiel. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: A motion was made by Woelfel, seconded by Schroeder, and carried to approve the agenda as presented. NEW BUSINESS: a. A motion was made by Mosier, seconded by Woelfel, and carried to approve the proposal submitted by Northernstar Companies to purchase vacant land identified as Parcel No. 18465. Council Members Propson, Woelfel, Abrams, Oakley, Schroeder, Mosier, and Hess voted aye; Council Member Watson voted nay. Being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
