CITY OF NEW HOLSTEIN SPECIAL COMMON COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, November 4, 2025 Immediately following COW City Hall, 2110 Washington St. The special meeting of the Common Council was called to order by Mayor Snelson, presiding. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Council members Schroeder, Mosier, Oakley, Woelfel, Watson were present at roll call. Also present, City Administrator Scott Depies, Fire Chief Craig Carey, Police Chief Eric Fisher, Police Captain Chuck Schroeder, Public Works Director Jason Meyer, and Emergency Management Director Russ Thiel. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: A motion was made by Woelfel, seconded by Mosier, and carried to approve the agenda as presented. NEW BUSINESS: a. A motion was made by Mosier, seconded by Schroeder, and carried to approve the use of funds as specified in the estimate received by Travis’ Turf & Landscaping for the retaining wall at Optimist Park.
