PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES January 2, 2024, 4:00PM Location: City Hall, 2110 Washington St, New Holstein, WI 53061 Plan Members Present: Richard Snelson, John Stephany, Gary Roehrig, Jeff Leitner, Dan Watson, Paula Oakley, and ElRoy Schreiner Others Present: Cullen Peltier and Brad Buechel The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Snelson. It was noted that the meeting was properly announced. Roll call was taken by Peltier. A motion was made by Schreiner, seconded by Watson, and carried to approve the agenda as presented. A motion was made by Watson, seconded by Shreiner, and carried to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. The Commission review ed the Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map as Submitted by Meridian Surveying (Brad Buechel) on behalf of Rosaline Rabe – George Rabe (agent) Parcels 8991, 8990, 8985, 8983, Town of New Holstein . A motion was made by Roehrig , seconded by Oakley , and carried to recommend to the Common Council to approve the Certified Survey Map. Being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
